The Symposium registration fees include:  access to all sessions, coffee breaks, 3 lunches, the gala dinner, the  cocktail and a conference bag. 
 

Conference registration (except for accompanying persons) includes:

  • Access to all sessions of the Scientific Program

  • Admission to the Get Together event on Sunday 1st June 2014
  • Napoleon’s birth house visit
  • Welcome Reception on Monday, 2 June, 2014

  • Access to the conference publication, which includes all papers submitted to the Conference

  • Coffee breaks and lunches
  • Symposiun Gala Dinner
  • Symposium bag with local gift.

Reduced fees information

  • Author, reviewer, session chair, ENTPE and IFSTTAR members 

If you apply for this reduced registration fees, your status as a Symposium Author, reviewer, session chair and ENTPE/IFSTTAR members  must be validated by the Organising Committee so that your registration is confirmed.

  • Student or Unemployed

If you wish to benefit from this reduced registration fees, you have to send a proof of your status (i.e. copy of a valid student card, certificate from your Job Centre/Pôle Emploi) to Carte Blanche (see contact details below).Without proof of your status, you will not be entitled to this reduced registration fees.

Registration confirmation

Your registration confirmation will be sent by email on receipt of full payment AND after validation of your status for reduced fees.

       Payment can be met via wire transfer through your bank, or with a credit card right after registration (through secure servers).

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees will be applied:

  • 25% of the registration fees for any request received before March 17th 2014**
  • 50% of the registration fees for any request received between March 17th 2014 and April 30th 2014** included
  • 100% of the registration fees for any request received after April 30th 2014
